Modern Scottish Unionist politicians take care to avoid that one, though it remains a common sentiment among the laity. Still, I agree that it would be better for Nats to cite it directly, rather than caricaturing it as "too wee, too poor".<br /><br />Can you tell us which Nat you're quoting with that "love o' ma country" line which you place in inverted commas? I'm sure you wouldn't make that up as a straw man, as you accuse the Nats of doing with the "too wee" stuff.
